Your privacy in Mochi Factory
Megado Studio · Updated 27 September 2026Mochi Factory is a pixel puzzle intended for players aged 13 and older. This page explains the Android game's data use. You can play without creating an account. The game is free at launch and has no enabled in-app purchases.
Progress on your device
Your level progress, unfinished picture, sound setting and tutorial completion are saved on your device. Clearing the app's storage removes this local progress. Android device backup may restore app data according to your device settings.
Optional Play Games Services
The Android game initializes Google Play Games Services v2 at launch and may silently authenticate your Play Games platform profile. You can keep playing with local progress without creating an in-game account. The Play Games menu lets you request sign-in and open the optional leaderboard and achievements screens.
When Play Games is connected, Google may process a Play Games Player ID and gamer identity such as your gamertag and avatar, together with Play Games SDK analytics and diagnostics. When you complete levels, the game can submit level wins or scores and unlock milestone achievements for that Play Games profile. This platform data is separate from Firebase Analytics: the game does not add your name or email to Firebase gameplay events. The game does not use Play Games friends, cloud saves, server-side authentication, or Play Games as an in-game account system.
Play Games profile management and deletion
Play Games profile management and deletion are provided by Google through the Play Games profile or Google Account controls. The app has no in-game Play Games account-deletion API. Clearing local app storage or turning off Firebase choices does not delete Play Games data already held by Google. See Google Play Games profile controls and Google Account controls for those requests.
Optional gameplay analytics
Gameplay analytics is optional. For eligible players aged 16 and older, the app may enable it according to the regional policy and the choice made in Privacy choices. Where an explicit choice is required, the app asks you to choose “Allow analytics & play” or “Play without analytics” before sending gameplay measurements. If the game cannot determine the regional setting, it does not start analytics automatically. You can turn analytics off or explicitly allow it in Privacy choices in the pause menu. A saved choice to turn it off is preserved. Players under 16 and players who have not provided an age range do not send gameplay analytics. The app does not pre-check a GDPR consent choice.
When gameplay analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand tutorial completion, level starts, progress, wins, failed attempts, retries, suspend/resume, and feature use. The service may also process app/device information and app or installation identifiers. This Analytics property is linked to Google Ads for conversion and campaign measurement. Automatic campaign tagging is enabled by default where configured. Personalized advertising is off and the app does not enable audience remarketing; the link is used for measurement and reporting. We use these measurements to find difficult levels and improve the game. We do not send your name, email, contacts, precise location, raw touch recordings or full date of birth as custom gameplay events.
Regional settings
Firebase Remote Config retrieves the regional setting separately from optional gameplay analytics. This request processes an installation identifier and IP address to deliver country-based configuration. It does not use your device's precise location. Regional configuration does not grant advertising consent.
Optional crash diagnostics
Crash diagnostics is available only to players aged 16 and older who have also enabled gameplay analytics. The diagnostics choice is disabled when gameplay analytics is off or when the player is under 16; the game never enables analytics automatically just to enable diagnostics. If you allow both choices, Firebase Crashlytics helps identify crashes and technical failures using crash reports, app/device information and diagnostic identifiers. Game context such as level and app version helps us reproduce problems. Turning this choice off stops future diagnostic collection; it does not automatically erase reports previously received.
Advertising
The Android app integrates Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. These services start when an eligible advertising opportunity occurs, rather than when you first open the game. Depending on your region and age eligibility, an advertising privacy form may explain available choices. Ad providers may process identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics and advertising information to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Privacy settings are available from the game's pause menu. Optional rewarded ads explain the reward before you choose to watch; occasional interstitial ads may also appear when available. Test builds may use demonstration ads that do not earn revenue.
Your choices and deletion limits
You may change analytics and diagnostics choices in the pause menu. Advertising choices, where required, can also be reopened there. Disabling optional measurement does not stop you from playing. You can clear local data in Android's app settings or uninstall the app. The app does not create an in-game account and has no user-facing account-deletion API; Play Games profile controls are described above. For requests about data already collected by a provider, contact us; we can forward or assess a request, but provider retention, verification, legal obligations and technical limits mean we cannot promise immediate or complete deletion of every record.
Service providers and retention
Google processes data for the services described above, potentially in countries outside your own. Retention depends on the service and its configured retention settings; this app does not set one universal retention period. Reports received before you disable Crashlytics may remain in the provider's systems. See Google's Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information and Google advertising information.
Age and contact
The game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact buiphucminhtam@gmail.com for privacy questions, deletion requests or suspected collection involving a child.
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the update date and, when required, explained in the game.
